Background: The Unimind Metamodel (2020) and the Unibrain Theory (2020) introduced a paired software–hardware account of mind and brain, subsequently unified via the Unimind–Unibrain Double-Convergence Thesis and Dr. Sodhi’s Model of Intelligence (2026) into an eleven-component architectural normal form 𝒰 = ⟨R_t, O_t, M_t, A, G_t, P, V, S_t, L, C, H⟩. While prior work demonstrated that biological cognition and modern artificial intelligence (AI) converge on the same functional organization, a foundational mathematical question remained unresolved: whether biological neural circuits and artificial neural architectures also share a common underlying geometry of information encoding and operator calculus. Objective: This paper formulates and proves the structural coherence of the Neurobiological Vector Space (𝒩) Thesis: just as AI stores and manipulates all tokens, concepts, associations, and transformations as vectors and directional trajectories in high-dimensional embedding spaces, biological neurons and neuronal populations store information as baseline-centered vectors, unit directions, and probability distributions within a biological state manifold termed Neurobiological Vector Space (𝒩), over which the core mathematical operations of AI apply directly. Methods / Theoretical Framework: Using differential information geometry, high-dimensional probability (concentration of measure), statistical mechanics of continuous Hopfield associative networks, and dynamical systems theory, each construct of 𝒰 is mapped from its qualitative neuropsychological formulation in the Unimind Metamodel and Unibrain Theory into an explicit mathematical operator on (𝒩, G_t). Results: Seven foundational mathematical correspondences are established in 𝒩: (1) single cortical neurons with nonlinear dendritic arbors act as local multi-subspace directional projectors, while baseline-centered population firing-rate and phase distributions define a Riemannian manifold (𝒩, G_t) in which semantic identity is encoded by unit vector direction ẑ_t = z̃_t / ‖z̃_t‖_𝒩 ∈ 𝕊_𝒩^(N−1) and salience/confidence by norm ‖z̃_t‖_𝒩 and distributional precision Tr(Σ_t^(−1)); (2) multidimensional Unimind objects (O_t) correspond to direct-sum subspace vectors capable of storing M ≥ exp(Nε²/4) quasi-orthogonal concepts via sparse superposition; (3) the Unimind database of associations (M_t) is governed by a synaptic bilinear metric tensor and modern continuous Hopfield free-energy minimization, yielding exact functional equivalence to transformer key–value associative retrieval; (4) Unibrain combinational circuits instantiate the database of algorithms (A) as conditionally routed nonlinear vector fields 𝒯_α: 𝒩 → 𝒩, while attention/filtration (G_t) arises from layer-1 apical prefrontal query vectors q_t interacting with layer-4/5 basal sensory/mnemonic keys k_j under parvalbumin-positive (PV+) divisive normalization (biological softmax/sparsemax); (5) virtual experiencing (P) executes latent transition rollouts and Langevin reverse-diffusion flows along the learned cortical score vector field ∇_z log p_model(z); (6) valuation (V) and personal identity (S_t) operate as neuromodulatory metric-warping fields G_t(ν_t) and an invariant low-rank self-subspace 𝒮_t ⊂ 𝒩; and (7) the Law of Algorithmic Evolution (L) and sleep consolidation (C) execute three-factor outer-product low-rank updates (biological LoRA) followed by offline slow-wave singular-value truncation and REM replay-driven Gram–Schmidt orthogonalization. Conclusion: Biological and artificial intelligence do not merely converge on macro-architectural modules; they execute mathematically isomorphic vector and distributional operations over distinct physical substrates. Formulating neuropsychology and clinical psychiatry within Neurobiological Vector Space (𝒩) provides a quantitative calculus for cognition, Epigenetic Neurochemical Dysregulation (END), Self-Questioning Therapy (SQT), Cognishield, UNETRA, ANSAR, and human–AI cognitive extension under Software Neurotechnology.• Unified Vector-Geometric Bridge: Introduces Neurobiological Vector Space (𝒩) as the exact mathematical bridge uniting the Unimind Metamodel (software), the Unibrain Theory (hardware), and Dr. Sodhi’s Model of Intelligence (𝒰). • The Directional Encoding Axiom: Demonstrates that balanced excitatory–inhibitory (E/I) neural ensembles encode semantic identity in unit vector direction (ẑ_t ∈ 𝕊_𝒩^(N−1)), stimulus salience in vector magnitude (‖z̃_t‖_𝒩), and epistemic certainty in distributional precision (Tr(Σ_t^(−1))).• Exact Biophysical Counterparts of AI Mathematics: Proves that inner products, cosine similarity, softmax attention, sparse dictionary superposition, continuous Hopfield retrieval, Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), and reverse-diffusion generative rollouts emerge naturally from cortical biophysics. • Mathematical Proof of the Unibrain Sleep Hypothesis: Formalizes biological sleep (C) as nuclear-norm Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) rank compression during slow-wave sleep paired with contrastive Gram–Schmidt orthogonalization during REM dreaming. • Quantitative Clinical & Neurotechnological Calculus: Derives explicit vector-space equations for Epigenetic Neurochemical Dysregulation (END), Self-Questioning Therapy (SQT), Cognishield, UNETRA trait geometry, ANSAR probing, and hybrid human–AI coupling (𝒩_bio ⊕ ℰ_AI).
